Consider bringing your own tea if you prefer it over coffee, as there were no tea options available in the room.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
I really appreciated the delightful upgrade we received upon arrival! The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout our stay.
The lack of cleanliness in the room raised concerns. I noticed dirty surfaces in the refrigerator and shower areas, which detracted from the overall experience.

This place was fantastic for a family getaway! We loved the spacious Double Room with two double beds, and the kids enjoyed the available satellite programming, which kept them entertained. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Thunder Valley Casino for some fun for the adults!
My kids wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options.

It was just a proper fit for a speedy visit in Marysville with good price value. The shower had good pressure, which was a nice surprise. Consider bringing snacks, as there’s not much nearby for late-night cravings.

Positive, I stayed 1 night as a Couple in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The owners upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy.

Comfortable stay but poor communication
I had a nice stay with a comfortable bed in a spacious room, but I was disappointed with the communication after my visit. I reached out about a phone charger left behind, but my emails went unanswered, which was frustrating. While I enjoyed the room, the lack of responsiveness regarding lost items was a downside.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11comfortable roomfriendly staffcleanliness issueslimited dining optionslack of late-night snacks
The room provided was comfortable, featuring a great A/C system and friendly staff who prioritized a non-smoking room on the ground floor. However, some cleanliness issues in the shower and refrigerator made it less inviting. The nearby dining options were limited and lacked late-night snack availability, which was disappointing. Fish and chips were a highlight during my stay, adding a nice touch to the experience.

I appreciated the upgrades made since my last stay years ago. Minimal noise, even though the hotel is situated along a major road. The parking lot was well-lit, adding to the sense of safety. Very convenient location near downtown Maryville, within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Attended a concert at the nearby Toyota Amphitheater. the convenience was a huge plus. The room had a comfortable bed, but I faced some issues with cleanliness. the bedspread was stained and the bathroom needed attention. Customer service also fell short when I encountered a rude staff member who didn’t address my concerns.
